I had a full day class today.  It was Business Analysis and Decision Making (BADM) in the morning and Financial Management (FM) in the afternoon.

BADM was ok as it is quite straight forward and the calculations are more related to Mathematic’s Statistics.  FM was killing me.  My exam is on Saturday and I still have not have a clue about it.  The lecturer told us that there were 70% of the class got distinction for their assignments.  How on earth do these people get distinction while I had no idea about the subject at all?!

Anyway, I didn’t get any calls from the college, which means that I passed both my assignments.  So I am not worried about redoing my assignments.  All I have to do is focus on my exams now.

On another note, I joined Nuffnang’s community! Thanks to you guys, I fulfill the “20 unique visitors a day” clause in their T&C.  Now where are my ads?

My exams are coming soon.  And I have not started studying yet.  My notes are still in my bag and my text book is spanking new.

I guess I should start on Monday.  Yeah Monday.  Sunday is not a day for working/studying!

This will be my final exams for the first part of my MBA course.  After this, hopefully, I’ll be in the second part, which I heard was tough.

Anyway, Apple released new iPods and I fell in love with the iPod Nano, AKA Fatty.  RM829 for the 8GB version.  Should I?

I checked my bandwidth just now and I was surprised to see this.

809.82MB for August 2007.  More importantly, look at the average Number of Visits.  I wasn’t expecting that much and there are still 2 more days in August! My readership must be increasing.  Some how my bandwidth sky rocketed and my readership increased slightly.   The high bandwidth is mostly because I linked my userbar in lowyat.net to my hosting server.

300MB increase in just one month is insane.  Maybe my readers are clicking my old posts.  Thanks guys.  I might be able to blog for money after all.  Most of my readers are my friends anyway.

Anyway, I’ve been busy looking for serviced apartments in Sydney for my family when we visit my brother this October.  Still waiting for their replies though.

My exams are near.  This will be the last semester for my first year MBA.  Next semester will be more challenging as everything is external, i.e. linked directly to University of Southern Queensland, Australia.  Not thinking about yet as I need to pass this exam.  Crucial period!

I’ve made up my mind to specialize in Project Management.  It might come in handy if I want to help my dad’s business, it might also be handy if I plan to go in to a field where there are loads of projects.

P.S. A little update on my back condition.  I just finished my tenth physio therapy session the other day.  I am feeling a lot better.  I can walk straighter, faster but some how, I still could not walk for long.  After walking for 10 minutes or so, my body tends to shift to my right and the pain starts kicking in.

I handed up my assignments the other day and finished my freelance stuff.  Ken just came by and took the printers back.  Oh yeah, I did my first reviews for the magazine.

I had the pleasure of combining my studies with my work, where I could print my assignments AND evaluate/review the printers.  The best part is, I get paid for that!

Anyway, I had dinner with my ex-colleagues the other day and they were surprised and I quote heart ached at my condition.  They were very concerned about my condition.

Thanks guys.  I really appreciate it and I am recovering, albeit slow, but I am recovering.

Yeah, it’s assignment time!

At the beginning of the semester, i told myself that I have to start and complete the assignment earler to avoid any last minute mistakes.  I think that didn’t go through to my head.

I have two assignments due 14th August, slightly more than 1 week from now, and I have not started a single thing.  I have not even looked at the assignment questions yet.

I think I’ll have to start tomorrow!
